If the symptoms of heat stroke begin to appear and action is delayed, it can worsen and require emergency transport. The Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare mandates that early detection of individuals at risk of heat stroke is essential. However, in work environments where monitoring by supervisors or a buddy system is not feasible, it is difficult to identify those at risk of heat stroke. At Technoband, if a supervisor receives an alert about someone at risk of heat stroke, they can check on that person's condition. In many work environments, it is often not possible to take out or use a smartphone, leading to situations where two-way communication is not possible. Therefore, a safety confirmation message can be sent to the Technoband being worn, and the worker who receives it can respond with messages such as "I am taking a break" or "I will take a break now" directly from their Technoband. By facilitating two-way communication in this way, we can prevent the worsening of heat stroke.
