Domestic MA that revives dormant customers using history-type databases and AI concierge.
With over 3,000 successful implementations, "Shannon MA" is a domestically produced marketing automation tool that centrally manages online and offline customer touchpoints. Through its unique "historical database" and "composite search," it can instantly extract lists of potential customers to approach from business card data obtained at exhibitions (digitized for free), web leads, and "dormant customers" and "existing customers" buried within the company, enabling "revival" efforts. Additionally, it now features a newly integrated "AI Concierge" trained on product manuals. Even those unfamiliar with system operations can resolve their questions immediately by simply asking what they want to know through the chat UI, dramatically reducing the time spent reading manuals and operational workload. Moreover, since actual data such as leads and campaign results are not included in the AI's learning scope, you can try it out without worrying about the risk of confidential information leakage or psychological burden. Furthermore, it comes standard with a wealth of features, including corporate analysis, high-precision data consolidation, survey functions, and ROI reports. It also supports integration with major SFA/CRM systems like Salesforce, providing strong support for sales activities.

Applications/Examples of results
Utilize the centralized management of a large amount of "business card data" acquired from exhibitions and websites, as well as regular reactivation measures for "dormant customers" that have not been approached for years. By employing a unique "historical database" for high-precision data matching (cleansing) and complex searches based on attributes and behaviors, we can instantly extract promising prospects that are currently active. By combining email distribution with web behavior analysis, we achieve efficient lead generation and improve the conversion rate of business negotiations after exhibitions.
