The dust dispersion prediction system "TOBASAN" uses high-precision weather data with a 1km mesh, which is utilized in the weather risk management mobile application KIYOMASA PRO, to predict the amount and direction of dust dispersion generated by activities such as excavation and demolition at 10m mesh intervals, supporting effective dust control measures on site. Based on the type of work being performed (you can choose from 22 types), it predicts the amount and direction of dust dispersion caused by the work. The dispersion predictions are displayed in tables and maps every hour, with updates occurring twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. 【How to Use】 Enter the site-specific ID and password at the designated URL to log into the dedicated site for your location. It can be accessed using a tablet or PC browser. There are no restrictions on the number of users viewing the site, so individuals not affiliated with the site, such as headquarters staff or those responsible for watering, can also view it. 【How to Apply】 Download the application form from the dedicated construction weather website called Construction Weather PRO, and fill in the necessary information such as site details and usage period. After completing the form, please send it via email to the Life Business Weather Sales Department. Once you receive a confirmation email, your application is complete.

Taking into account atmospheric stability and soil moisture, we predict how far dust would disperse if no watering were done, based on predictive formulas indicated in "Technical Method for Road Environmental Impact Assessment, 2007 Revised Edition, Volume 2." The results are displayed every hour in four levels: "Extremely High," "High," "Moderately High," and "Low," using a 10m mesh. ●Dust dispersion amount and direction from a single dust generation point are provided twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. *Update times can be set at the discretion of the site.
