There is extremely little shrinkage (material loss), which enhances adhesion with hardware, resulting in stronger joints. ■ High Strength Joints with JWOOD Method The joints of beams exhibit about 1.5 times the strength compared to traditional framing methods at maximum load capacity. The embedment strength of columns and beams significantly exceeds building code requirements. The nail holding capacity, crucial for shear walls, is approximately 1.4 times that of conventional foundation materials. ■ High Durability with JWOOD EX Material JWOOD EX employs a dry injection method where preservatives are injected under high pressure to the core. The chemical components are retained, providing a semi-permanent effect. Homes built with JWOOD EX material are recognized for their durability of 75 to 90 years.
