A 5kw/7kw ultra-high torque QC motor spindle specialized for cutting cast iron materials, aluminum die-cast, low-pressure cast, and gravity cast aluminum materials. ■ Equipped with a 5kw/7kw servo motor focused on ultra-high torque - Rated output: 5kw, rated torque: 15.9N·m, maximum torque: 63.7N·m, maximum rotational speed: 6,000min⁻¹, instantaneous allowable rotational speed: 6,900min⁻¹ - Rated output: 7kw, rated torque: 22.3N·m, maximum torque: 78.0N·m, maximum rotational speed: 5,000min⁻¹, instantaneous allowable rotational speed: 5,750min⁻¹ ■ The motor section features a dustproof and drip-proof structure with protection class IP67 (totally enclosed self-cooling) and a heat resistance class of F (155), making it strong against vibrations caused by cutting and ensuring high reliability. ■ The clamping mechanism switches between ON (unclamp) and OFF (clamp) using air (supply air pressure 0.35MPa), with a safety design that maintains the clamped state when the air is OFF. It also includes a built-in proximity sensor for confirming the seating of the holder when clamped. ■ The spindle and holder utilize our uniquely developed dual-face constrained shank, maintaining a constant holding force of 5 tons.
