Developed a thermal spraying method for a stretch device that is non-slip, rust-resistant, and has excellent durability!
"Askid" is a slip-resistant method for steel expansion joints that excels in wear resistance. Advanced thermal spraying technology ensures traffic safety and extends the lifespan of expansion joints. To secure slip resistance on the faceplate of the expansion joint, Askid is applied using an arc spraying machine to create a rough spray texture. Additionally, it can be applied not only in factories but also on-site. Slip-resistant processing of existing expansion joint faceplates can be completed in a short construction period. 【Specifications】 ■ Construction Location: Upper surface of the faceplate ■ Purpose of Construction: Long-term slip resistance ■ Spraying Material: Al-Mg・Fe-Cr alloy ■ Spraying Thickness: 500μm or more ■ Sealing Treatment: Silicone-based resin paint *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
