"Askid" is a slip-resistant method for steel expansion joints that excels in wear resistance. Advanced thermal spraying technology ensures traffic safety and extends the lifespan of expansion joints. To secure slip resistance on the faceplate of the expansion joint, Askid is applied using an arc spraying machine to create a rough spray texture. Additionally, it can be applied not only in factories but also on-site. • Special Construction Method

The Al-Mg thermal spraying method using the TAPS technique ensures excellent corrosion resistance and high adhesion, while generating minimal fumes (metal dust) and providing high workability. As a result of conducting a composite cycle test, one of the accelerated tests, it was found that while other heavy-duty corrosion specifications began to rust after 3000 hours, the Al-Mg plasma spraying showed no signs of rust even after 6000 hours.
