Know correctly, fear correctly, and respond correctly. What is the "new" common sense to protect the workplace?
The "New Harassment Training" by Knowledge Lean is a program centered around three pillars: "gaining correct knowledge," "fearing correctly," and "responding correctly." It goes beyond traditional lectures and case studies to systematically acquire practical business communication and management skills. Are extreme self-regulations like "Is scolding power harassment?" or "Is praising also a no-go?" causing a decrease in workplace dialogue and undermining team strength? This training aims to understand the necessary "boundaries" for creating a safe and secure workplace while preventing excessive shrinkage, thereby strengthening leadership to build better relationships. In this training, we address numerous subtle cases such as "Even if the person is not uncomfortable, it may appear inappropriate to a third party" and "Even if there is no intention behind the statement, it may be perceived as pressure." Participants will be guided to accurately read "ambiguous situations" and act correctly. <Examples of main themes covered> ◆Underestimating demands on working mothers ◆What was intended as a compliment, but could it be sexual harassment? ◆Are silent intimidation acts like "sighing, talking to oneself, or shaking one's leg" also harassment? We also have various themes prepared based on different situations.
