Rasumortar exterior wall ventilation method (Air Passage Sheet method)
This is a construction method for wooden houses that allows anyone to easily install a lath and mortar exterior wall using a ventilation structure.
Instead of using ventilation battens, a special dimple-shaped "Sheet GEO 500" is used to ensure a ventilation layer, and by simply applying the dedicated lath "Metal Rib Type 2 ECO," a mortar substrate can be created. Housing type certification 3-1 for deterioration countermeasures and structural framework has been obtained.

◎ The APS method consists of a base layer material with a breathable waterproof sheet (CONFORT) + a ventilation sheet (GEO500) + lath (metal rib type 2 eco) + mortar & finish. ◎ Applicable substrates Structural plywood, structural panels (OSB), particle board type P or MDF type P, inorganic products, "calcium silicate board" as defined in JISA5430:2024 (product name: Mois TM (load-bearing surface material), etc.), JIS A5440:2024 volcanic glass composite board (VS board) (product name: Dailight, etc.) Note: Please confirm the certification conditions.
