[Improvement Achievements] Review of record forms and introduction of "5 Whys Analysis"

Revised the work records to clearly indicate the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Method, Material) and conducted training on the analysis methods!

We would like to introduce the achievements of improving quality through the review of record forms and the introduction of "5 Whys Analysis" at the chemical plant. At the same plant, the analysis of issues when defects occurred was insufficient, and they were unable to reach the root cause.
