Our company, which primarily focused on manufacturing, started the education business with the philosophy of wanting to contribute something to Japan's future. Since launching our first classroom in March 2023, we have been operating two Meiko Gijuku classrooms as of April 2025. We are incorporating the quality awareness and goal-setting cultivated in the manufacturing industry into our education business. Each classroom manager sets the goals and strategies for their respective classrooms, and we are continuously implementing the PDCA cycle on a daily basis. The classroom managers and instructors also work closely with the students to set individual goals and carry out the PDCA cycle together. We aim to support students in reaching their "desired future selves" through collaborative goal-setting. Additionally, our instructors are a point of pride for us. This spring, we have had students who graduated as high school seniors stay on as instructors after entering university, which has increased the number of members who can also implement the PDCA cycle alongside the classroom managers.
