We would like to introduce a case study regarding the implementation of our services at advertising agency B. The company started email marketing, but the recipient addresses were manually entered into an Excel list by planners (sales representatives) based on business cards each month. The marketing department then consolidated this information and transferred it to the mailing system to send via BCC. This manual input and follow-up communication were burdensome, and customer management after sending was inefficient.
