Both audio and text data are stored on the built-in hard disk. ● Standard equipped with Hitachi Solutions Technology's voice recognition engine "Ruby Dictation." ● The license for the voice recognition engine requires only an initial cost, with no ongoing costs such as pay-per-use. ● Calls containing keywords such as "NG words" and "mandatory words" can be filtered and searched. ● The "text copy" function allows you to display and copy all text from a single call, enabling easy utilization of the recognized text. ● The quality of operator responses can be quantified for each call using diagnostic items such as "speech quality score," "speech rate," "talk speed," "overlap count," "backchannel count," "number of NG words," and "number of mandatory words." ● The main unit can accommodate up to 96 channels in a 4U space, allowing for mixed connections of PRI/BRI/analog lines.
