You can search and play back the recorded audio from a client computer with the installed "LAN Playback Software VR-LS510." ● The slim design of the chassis (1U) allows for installation in small businesses or locations with limited space. ● It features a safe design that does not use moving parts such as hard disks or backup drives, making it maintenance-free and not requiring a UPS. ● Search and playback can be operated from a computer via LAN. ● You can narrow down your search for specific calls using various search keys such as "call start date and time" and "content or absence of notes." ● You can monitor conversations during calls with customers from your computer. ● There is also a long-duration model (VR-518H LC) that can record up to approximately 4,000 hours.
