It can be cut into the desired shape with a utility knife or similar tool and applied, even in complex junctions where conventional furnace materials are difficult to use. 3. Since it hardens when dried, you can take it out of the bag and mold it into your desired shape, such as a flat plate or cylinder, while it is still soft, and then dry it to create a ceramic fiber board. 4. Due to its property of being resistant to leakage of molten metals, it can also be used as an inner lining for transport troughs for aluminum and zinc.
