For customers who do not respond, the pace email feature allows for automatic email sending based on set conditions and intervals, facilitating smooth communication with customers. Additionally, as a countermeasure for the "Generation Z," who find email exchanges cumbersome, it is equipped with LINE and SMS distribution features, making it the latest customer management system.
