Replacement of devices due to the expiration of the lease contract.

We will introduce a case where we solved the issue of wanting to replace computer terminals due to the expiration of a lease contract with our IT system support service!

We would like to introduce a case of "device replacement due to the expiration of the lease contract" for S Corporation. The company was unsure which manufacturer and what specifications would be best, and they did not know how to migrate the data from their current devices. As a solution, we identified multiple candidate devices, compared their specifications and costs, and carried out the kitting for the device replacement along with the migration tasks for the old and new environments. [Challenges] ■ Uncertainty about which manufacturer and specifications are best ■ Difficulty in deciding whether to lease the procured devices or capitalize them ■ Lack of knowledge about the methods and procedures for migrating data from the current devices *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
