To create a comfortable sound environment for both online and offline meetings, we suppressed the echo of voices and arranged a space where speech can be clearly conveyed. We also carefully selected the materials and placement of the sound absorption panels to provide an environment where meeting participants can focus on discussions. As a result, voices are delivered clearly, enabling smooth communication with remote participants and supporting efficient meeting management. ■ Customer Feedback: Previously, when holding meetings with a large number of people, it was often difficult to hear the speaker's voice, and during web meetings, our voices frequently did not reach the other party clearly due to echo effects. After the sound absorption measures were implemented, our voices became clear. We can now have smooth conversations with remote participants, making meetings much smoother. Staff members have also reported that conversations are easier to hear and that it is easier to concentrate.
