Additionally, compared to methods that apply the film on-site, it makes it easier to achieve sharp cross joints. The D-Lite used as the base material is a lightweight, easy-to-handle proprietary material from DAIKEN, similar to wood. It can be easily processed with common tools such as circular saws, hand saws, cutters, and sandpaper, making it convenient for size adjustments and fitting on-site. A significant feature of the D-Lite D Board method is that the edges processed during adjustments can be finished with paint. This contributes to reducing work time, minimizing rework risks, and stabilizing construction quality.
