A measuring device to check the fit of the mask on the face! Daily checks with fit checks.
We would like to introduce our "Mask Fitting Tester Series." This measuring device measures the concentration of dust particles on both the outside and inside of the mask, and from the results, it calculates the dust penetration rate (leakage rate (%)) into the mask or the fit factor indicating the cleanliness inside the mask. We offer two models: the "MT-11D," which uses a Condensation Nuclei Counter (CNC), and the "MT-05U," which employs a light scattering method (OPC). 【Features of MT-11D】 - Uses high-purity isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or ethanol for measurements - Capable of conducting quantitative fit tests and abbreviated quantitative fit tests according to JIS T8150:2021 standards, and compliant with ISO and US OSHA regulations - Allows registration of subject and mask information independently of the communication software - Screen operation can be performed using commercially available mice in addition to the included touch pen - Equipped with a classifier (DMA), it can also measure disposable dust masks DS2 and N95 masks *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company was founded in 1921 in Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, as a manufacturer and seller of scientific and medical glass instruments. Since then, we have developed "general scientific instrument products" to support research and development for government agencies, universities, and various companies. In response to the growing demand for environmental monitoring and measurement in areas such as occupational health, air quality, and water pollution, we have also developed "environmental measurement instrument products." Additionally, we have responded to various needs in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields by developing "large chemical plant equipment," "animal experimentation equipment," and more, leading us to the present day. As we live in the 21st century, we have a mission to protect a rich and habitable Earth for everyone and to pass it on to future generations. Various environmental conservation actions based on this awareness are now being implemented worldwide. At Shibata Scientific, we continue to create products that contribute to environmental conservation, leveraging over 80 years of experience and technology in this field.
