Shibata Scientific supports the realization of research and development dreams and contributes to the advancement of science and technology through technology, quality, and trust.

Our company was founded in 1921 in Hongo, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, as a manufacturer and seller of scientific and medical glass instruments. Since then, we have developed "general scientific instrument products" to support research and development for government agencies, universities, and various companies. In response to the growing demand for environmental monitoring and measurement in areas such as occupational health, air quality, and water pollution, we have also developed "environmental measurement instrument products." Additionally, we have responded to various needs in the chemical and pharmaceutical fields by developing "large chemical plant equipment," "animal experimentation equipment," and more, leading us to the present day. As we live in the 21st century, we have a mission to protect a rich and habitable Earth for everyone and to pass it on to future generations. Various environmental conservation actions based on this awareness are now being implemented worldwide. At Shibata Scientific, we continue to create products that contribute to environmental conservation, leveraging over 80 years of experience and technology in this field.
