ClearStar® is a vacuum emulsification device/system capable of CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place). With the strong shearing force and pumping capability of the NeoKaiser® installed at the bottom of the container, external circulation (from the bottom of the tank to the external circulation piping and back to the top of the tank) allows for uniform stirring of the entire processed material. ◎ Powders can be vacuum-suctioned and dissolved without lumps. ◎ Model 5 is a research model of ClearStar®. ◎ Scale-up is possible!
