CLEARSTAR(R) is a vacuum emulsification device/system that enables CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place). With the strong shear force and pumping capability of the Neo-Kaiser(R) stirring unit located beneath the tank, the entire material can be uniformly stirred through external circulation (from the bottom of the tank to the external circulation piping and back to the top of the tank).
