We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the cloud-based health management system "GrowBase" at a company that manufactures and sells sports and leisure goods. Until now, employees underwent health check-ups at various independent medical institutions, and the normal ranges and interpretations of test results varied by institution. For example, a person who was required to undergo a re-examination at the Osaka headquarters might be placed under observation at the Tokyo headquarters, even if their test results had not changed, leading to inconsistencies that were a source of concern. After the implementation, by centralizing the data, we eliminated discrepancies between various business locations, allowing for accurate comparisons with the past and tracking of changes over time. Additionally, we were able to summarize the data clearly using graphs and tables.
