A case where the time required for determining health check results has significantly decreased, leading to a faster recommendation process for employees.
We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the cloud-based health management system "GrowBase" at a convenience store chain. Before the implementation, we checked approximately 6,000 pieces of information printed on paper one by one and managed them by inputting the data into Excel. Additionally, the manual process was so cumbersome that it took a long time to provide feedback on the health check results to employees. After implementation, the health check results are imported as electronic data, improving data accuracy.
