Ethylene removal device "Bio Turbo" for maintaining freshness in the distribution and storage of fruits and vegetables.
BIO TURBO
Remove and decompose ethylene gas to prevent early ripening and decay of vegetables and fruits. This ensures freshness and quality in the distribution and storage of produce, achieving a reduction in waste.
"Bio Turbo" uses high-concentration ozone to break down and remove ethylene gas, one of the plant hormones that promote decay, preventing early ripening and spoilage of vegetables, fruits, and fresh flowers. At the same time, it neutralizes over 99.5% of suspended bacteria, mold spores, and viruses, maintaining a clean environment. By preserving freshness, it enhances the value of the agricultural products supplied. "Freshness and Quality Preservation" Solution with Bio Turbo Ethylene (a gas at room temperature) acts as a hormone that promotes plant maturation and aging, such as "coloring" and "softening." By removing this ethylene gas along with suspended bacteria, mold, and viruses, it is possible to extend the freshness and quality preservation of vegetables, fruits, and fresh flowers. Bio Turbo demonstrates its true value in addressing the challenges of "freshness and quality preservation" in the distribution area of harvested agricultural products, from short-term storage in storage facilities, cold rooms, packaging rooms, and processing facilities to long-term storage. - Extension of storage period - Removal of ethylene (prevention of early ripening and decline in product value) - Neutralization of bacteria and viruses (maintaining a clean environment) - Prevention of mold and fungal growth (reducing waste) - Reduction of odors and secondary contamination

basic information
Mechanism of Bio Turbo Removes ethylene gas, bacteria, mold, and viruses safely and with high performance through a four-stage purification process. [Air Intake Layer] Step 1. Air Filter (removal of dust from outside air) Step 2. Cell Destruction Filter (destroys cell membranes) ↓ [Ozone Reaction Chamber] Step 3. Passes through the ozone plate into the ozone reaction chamber (ozone destroys ethylene, bacteria, mold spores, and viruses) ↓ [Supply Air Chamber] Step 4. Bio Clean Module (ozone returns to oxygen) ■ A clean environment is maintained Removes over 99.5% of airborne bacteria and pathogens * Suppresses the growth of bacteria and mold and unpleasant odors ■ Preserves freshness and quality, reducing product loss Suppresses early ripening and decay of vegetables, fruits, and fresh flowers by removing ethylene gas with ozone [Extension of freshness and quality preservation is possible] ■ Maintenance-free structure allows for continuous operation Reduces downtime and continuously maintains a clean environment, accommodating both short-term and long-term storage in distribution areas * Regular maintenance: Replacement of air filter and ozone plate (once a year) For more details, please contact us.
