We have especially honed our expertise in producing frames using shaped steel materials such as equal angle steel and channel steel for distribution boards. Previously, we only performed primary processing (cutting, drilling, notching) with ironworkers, but by incorporating machining centers capable of processing long-shaped steel materials, we can now perform various machining operations using end mills even without molds. As a result, we can process H-shaped steel, square pipes, round pipes, and everything can be handled in-house, leading to reduced lead times and satisfaction among many customers. Regarding the amount of welding associated with the framework of shaped steel materials and distortion removal techniques, our company, which employs many skilled welders, is well-equipped to handle these tasks.
