This product is designed to be used as a pressure generator for the comparative calibration, adjustment, and testing of mechanical and electrical pressure gauges and reference standards. Its compact and lightweight design allows for use in various locations, including on-site, in factories, and in laboratories. By connecting the test equipment and the reference standard to this product, uniform pressure can be applied. By using a sufficiently accurate reference standard compared to the test equipment, adjustments and calibrations of the pressure and output of the test equipment can be performed based on the readings from the reference standard. By operating the fine adjustment valve built into the product, more precise pressure can be generated. This product is intended for low-pressure generation, with a maximum pressure of 10 bar [145 psi]. It is also capable of generating negative pressure, with a minimum pressure of -0.85 bar [-25 inHg]. The achievable maximum/minimum pressure may vary depending on the connection capacity. A cylinder-type hand pump allows for smooth pressure increase, and using the fine adjustment valve enables safe and accurate adjustments of positive/negative pressure in mbar units. By using a T-connector on the pressure hose, both the test equipment and the reference standard can be connected simultaneously.
