Minimize the construction area and shorten the construction time! Introducing the construction methods we use.
The "Quick Cutter Method" is a technique for replacing manhole covers, where a circular cutter equipped with a wireless camera is mounted on an excavator to cut through asphalt and concrete pavement. It uses ultra-rapid hardening, high fluidity, non-shrink grout (AQC grout) as the restoration material. It can be attached to excavators in the 0.1 to 0.2m (3t to 4t) class using a coupler. (Breaker placement required) It can cut to a maximum depth of 500mm, making it suitable even for thick pavements. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with cutter lift speed and lowering pressure adjustment functions ■ Circular cutting minimizes the construction area and shortens construction time ■ Can be operated while the excavator is loaded on a 4t flatbed vehicle ■ A wireless camera is installed inside the cutter, allowing for quick and safe alignment as it can be monitored from the driver's seat of the excavator ■ Can cut near curbs due to its hanging design *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
