We would like to introduce our construction achievements of 2×4 houses in a wooden rice storage warehouse. This is a rice storage warehouse maintained at a constant temperature of 13°C. With a high airtight and high insulation specification, combined with a household air conditioner, the energy-saving design reduces the electricity costs for air conditioning to one-third of the usual amount, significantly lowering both the initial and running costs of the equipment. Additionally, the interior materials used are cedar boards from Tokushima Prefecture. This large wooden storage warehouse embodies "wooden structure + wooden interior + energy saving," making it "environmentally friendly." 【Project Overview】 ■ Construction Period: July 2021 ■ Structure: Wooden single-story warehouse ■ Total Floor Area: 566.42 m² (171.34 tsubo) ■ Foundation: Continuous foundation, with integrated pouring of the foundation and floor slab (with reinforcement), no underground beams ■ Wooden Structure: Walls are 206, and the roof structure achieves a maximum span of 20m using LVL truss construction ■ Construction Duration: Actual working days 9 (from foundation to completion of structural frame) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
