CABS (Computer Aided Balancing System) is a system that analyzes the axial vibrations of various rotating machinery, including power generation turbines. It obtains: - A pulse signal of 1 pulse per rotation as a phase reference and rotation - Axial vibration waveform signals from axial vibration detection sensors While displaying the vibration state of the rotating machinery in real-time modal circles (Nyquist diagrams), it saves the data. It can simultaneously collect parameters such as generator output and oil temperature to monitor operational conditions. By combining collection modules based on the signals, we can provide equipment that fits perfectly with your facilities. The collected data can be monitored in an easily understandable graph format, and it can also be utilized for early warning alerts and anomaly notifications. Additionally, it can securely share information with various systems, including AI functions for preventive maintenance, asset management, and production management systems.
