Learn through case studies! Practical training course for harassment consultation desk operations.
Kanagawa Prefectural Labor Welfare Association Public Interest Incorporated Foundation Labor Course
Knowledge and responses that the person in charge should be aware of.
The "Comprehensive Promotion of Labor Policy Act," commonly known as the Power Harassment Prevention Law, will be fully applicable to small and medium-sized enterprises starting from April 2022, requiring all workplaces to establish consultation desks. It is not enough to simply set up a consultation desk; training for the desk staff and the creation of manuals are also required to ensure that the staff can respond appropriately to inquiries based on their content and circumstances. In this course, we will invite experts to discuss the practical responses and considerations for harassment consultation desk staff. We will provide specific explanations of the necessary legal knowledge, awareness, mindset, and key points for responding to inquiries, using case studies. Participants will learn how to appropriately handle the increasing number of harassment consultations each year. Event Details: - Zoom Live Lecture Date: June 20, 2024 (Thursday) from 14:00 to 17:00 (3 hours) - WEB On-Demand Lecture Available for one month starting from two days after the lecture.
