More than 50 school visits per person! A case study that has laid the foundation for future recruitment activities.

We would like to introduce a successful case of high school graduate recruitment at Kinoshita Co., Ltd. The company adopted a policy of focusing on high school graduate recruitment starting from the 2018 fiscal year. Although they had been recruiting high school graduates, several challenges became apparent when they decided to intensify their efforts. We provided guidance on effective high schools, know-how for visits, and communication skills. Based on this, we visited over 50 high schools per person. The final number of job offers increased by more than 1.5 times compared to before the implementation.
