Cutting oil (coolant) is a liquid released against drills when processing metal with machines such as milling machines and lathes, primarily used for "lubrication," "cooling," and "quality improvement." To fully realize its effects, it is necessary to regularly manage the recommended usage values of cutting oil (pH value, BRIX concentration) and replenish cutting oil or water as needed. This system automatically measures the pH and concentration of water-soluble cutting oil (water-soluble coolant) and will send an alert if it detects deterioration.
