Measurement data and diagnostic results will be managed on the customer's computer. If used solely for alarm notifications, it can be operated without a computer. 【Features】 (1) Simple diagnosis using effective value/peak value Only the effective value/peak value of vibration is used, with a reference value and two levels of threshold (coefficients) set. (2) Automatic threshold judgment By setting the threshold, the condition of the gear reducer is automatically judged. (3) Correction of variable factors With the auto-calibration function, the initial current value can be automatically set as the reference value. The filtering function removes disturbance vibrations. (4) Support for bulk monitoring of multiple units Depending on the number of gear reducers, you can choose between a 4-channel type and a 12-channel type.
