Function Overview Feature (1) QR codes for immediate issuance of authentication → After completing safety training, an entry permit card and, if necessary, a QR code sticker for helmet attachment will be printed. This allows for smooth entry and exit management using a QR code reader. Feature (2) Low-cost private network for data communication → For data communication, we use networks like SORACOM LTE, which can establish a private network for just a few hundred yen per month. Feature (3) No limit on the number of installation locations → Within the private network, there are no restrictions on the number of locations that can be centrally managed. Feature (4) Rich management interface → By scanning a QR code that includes the worker's management ID, information such as the number of people present, entry and exit status, and location status can be displayed, and each displayed data can be exported as CSV.

QR Code Operation Image (1) Register the information of workers who have completed safety training before the construction work in the entry and exit management system. (2) Print and issue visitor ID cards with QR codes. (3) Workers should receive the visitor ID cards in advance and touch the entry QR code reader on the day of work to enter. (4) After finishing the work, they should also touch the QR code reader when exiting.
