You can know the number of fish in the aquaculture pond! Automatically counts the number of fish that moved between ponds during division.
You can see the number of fish that moved between the cages during the splitting process. In aquaculture, to maintain an appropriate density of farmed fish within the cages, a process called "splitting" is performed as the fish grow. To keep the density within the cages at a suitable level for growth, it is essential to accurately split the planned number of individuals. Since splitting is a very large-scale operation, completing it accurately in one go helps reduce the burden on aquaculture. However, there are limitations to visually grasping the number of farmed fish being moved, which can lead to inaccuracies in the planned number of individuals being split and necessitate redoing the work. This has been one of the significant challenges in aquaculture. The solution to this problem is MagicCounter, developed by our company. It counts the number of fish moving between cages with high precision and in real-time during the splitting process, supporting accurate splitting operations. During the splitting of farmed fish, ultrasonic transmitters and receivers are installed in a fish passage (a frame created by connecting the nets of the cages) to count the number of fish passing through underwater, while also allowing real-time confirmation at sea. The measurement error is maintained at an average of about 10% or less, ensuring sufficient accuracy for conducting the splitting process. (Patent pending)
