GC-IMS-SILOX is a standalone device for accurately quantifying the concentrations of individual linear siloxanes L2, L3, L4, and L5, as well as cyclic D3, D4, D5, and D6 siloxanes in landfills, sewage, and biogas. It is adopted in ISO 2613-2:2023 (Analysis of natural gas - Silicon content of biomethane).
