We would like to introduce a case study of implementing an order placement and electronic document storage application for Company S. While we understood the overview of the legal revisions, we were in a situation where we did not know the specific measures or responses to take. Additionally, invoices and estimates were being manually created by each sales representative and the management department using Excel. We were also looking to navigate the challenging tax audits that we anticipated in the future. As a result of the implementation, we were able to grasp the status of projects while sharing information among employees and successfully prevent invoice omissions.
