▼Features of S-1 Non-polymer, fiber-reinforced fast-setting type Z Mortar S-1 is a corrosion-resistant and waterproof material made from a special cement that does not contain commonly used polymer mixing liquids and incorporates short fibers. It is primarily applied in open water tanks. ▼Characteristics 【Water Quality】 It meets the leaching test methods and standard values set by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and JWWA Z 108:2016, making it suitable for application on the inner surfaces of concrete water tanks in water supply facilities. 【Workability】 It can be applied in a single spray or trowel application with a thickness of approximately 10mm to 20mm on vertical surfaces. During spraying, rebound loss is minimal, and trowel application is also effective. 【Curing Properties】 It has excellent early strength and good workability, allowing for shortened construction periods. It exhibits a compressive strength of over 50N/m² at 28 days, providing stable strength equivalent to or greater than that of concrete. 【Durability】 The cured material has low permeability and excellent durability and abrasion resistance.
