From on-site recovery to proposal, verification, and installation, our one-stop support capability is the deciding factor for your purchase!
We would like to introduce a case where we implemented the oil-free scroll compressor 'FRL-370B' in the bottling line of Tsumagoi Meisui Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of mineral water. The company had reached the maintenance period for the compressor they were using, and when they requested a quote from their vendor, they were presented with a cost of several million yen. After consulting with us, we took care of various elements including the removal of the old unit, the installation of the new unit, connection to the main piping, and the construction of the exhaust duct. We achieved a one-stop solution from proposal to installation. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - A quote from the vendor indicated maintenance costs of several million yen. ■ Results - A quote for replacement was requested, and the amount was not significantly different from the maintenance costs of the current model. - Support was provided for creating improvement effects and verification materials. - A one-stop solution was provided from proposal to installation. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
