By utilizing long-read sequences output by PacBio and executing the Assemble pipeline, high-quality contig sequences that approach chromosome-level resolution can be obtained. Furthermore, phasing (where contigs are separated and output by allele) and scaffolding can also be achieved. - Using the latest technology, we will create reference data that includes genome assembly, gene prediction, and functional annotation. - Depending on the species, it is not always guaranteed that the same procedures will yield the expected results, so we will consider and proceed with methods while evaluating each stage of data analysis. - We also provide a web system that allows for searching and referencing the output results.

- We will evaluate genome DNA using k-mer analysis. - Based on PacBio's HiFi reads, we will perform assembly using Nanopore's ultra-long reads and Trio's short reads. Additionally, we will assess the results of phasing and the status of scaffolding. - If phasing is successful, we will perform gene prediction for each allele using RNA-seq reads. - From the RNA-seq reads used for gene prediction, we will create assembled mRNA sequences. Furthermore, we will map those sequences to the genome sequence to create a GFF file. - We will annotate the predicted genes and assembled mRNA sequences and insert the results into the GFF file. - We can also provide a gene catalog database called "Ansrch" (web system) to search and display these data.
