The SCU-68 (SCU68) is a secondary PTT cable (L-shaped 3.5φ) manufactured by YAESU (Standard Horizon). It is a conversion cable for connecting the construction helmet headset SSM-61H, intercom-type headset SSM-68H, and lapel microphone SSM-50H to the following YAESU digital simple radio and specific low-power transceivers. - Compatible radios: SRD580 PKG / SRD580-BT PKG, SRD585 PKG / SRD585-BT PKG, SRD595 PKG / SRD595-BT PKG, SRD790 series, SRD795 series, SRD611 series, SRD612 series, SRS90 series, SRS95 series, SRFD51 series, SRFD55 series. In addition to the secondary PTT button, it is equipped with a CUE key, which is convenient for calling and signaling in noisy environments or emergencies. *The CUE function requires compatibility on the radio side.
