The goal is to understand the characteristics of two types of blades! Introducing examples of mixing analysis.
We would like to introduce a case study analyzing the planetary stirring of a highly viscous fluid using the particle method analysis software "Particleworks." The purpose of this analysis was to compare the flow state, mixing degree, and torque within the container between two types of blades in order to understand the characteristics of the blades. The analysis results allowed us to confirm parameters such as velocity and torque, and we were able to compare the mixing degree and torque of the two types of blades. 【Case Overview】 ■ Objective - To understand the characteristics of the blades by comparing the flow state, mixing degree, and torque within the container between two types of blades. ■ Results - Conducted flow analysis within the stirring container and confirmed parameters such as velocity and torque. - Compared the mixing degree and torque of the two types of blades. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

The Structural Planning Institute will solve the problems of our manufacturing clients. Currently, the challenges faced by the manufacturing industry are no longer about "improving product quality and productivity." In today's situation, where flexible responses are required to meet increasingly sophisticated and diverse customer needs, the greatest challenge and opportunity lies in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), which involves reviewing and restructuring business processes through the use of information technology. In this field as well, our advanced system development technology and solution proposal capabilities have received high praise, and as "the Structural Planning Institute supporting manufacturing industry BPR," we are steadily building trust.
