A new method for riveting using high-frequency induction heating.
Our company is currently conducting mechanical research, construction research, and diagnostic technology research related to rivet joints in collaboration with multiple universities. In particular, in the construction research, we have successfully developed a construction system that improves the compactness of a series of materials and equipment related to rivet installation, as well as construction efficiency and safety, by adopting an electromagnetic induction heating method, which differs from the conventional rivet heating method. We obtained a patent for this in 2021. 【Features】 ■ Speedy construction Rivets are instantaneously heated by high-frequency induction heating, allowing them to reach a temperature suitable for installation in just a few seconds. ■ Excellent safety No need for a fire bed.
