To Ramen Shop K, we would like to introduce a case study of our soap-based sanitation method "Gripika." The staff at the ramen shop were only scooping up the floating residue and foamy dirt in the grease trap without performing any actual cleaning, resulting in oil stains sticking to the walls of the grease trap. By utilizing the soap water generated by the Gripika robot and performing brushing cleaning, the walls became clean enough to see their color (blue). Additionally, by entrusting the cleaning of the grease trap after closing, the burden was reduced.
