Self-fusing silicone rubber tape, heat resistant from -50 to 260°C, insulation resistance 8,000V, pressure resistance 700psi.
No adhesive is needed, and the rubber adheres completely to rubber (self-fusing). Since it does not stick to anything other than the tape, there is no sticky residue left at all. Being silicone, it has excellent weather resistance, durability, ozone resistance (UV), and waterproofing, making it semi-permanent. No re-maintenance is required, and there are no cracks or fraying. It stretches well (up to 300%) and can be added to as needed. It can be cut by hand, and within a few minutes, the tapes completely fuse together and do not peel off.
