This is a seminar focused on the challenges faced by test equipment manufacturers. We will explain improvement methods from "three perspectives" to maximize production capacity.
For test equipment manufacturers with a high volume of manual labor, addressing the loss of opportunities due to a shortage of personnel is likely a significant challenge. In the current situation where hiring talent is difficult, enhancing the productivity of existing staff is key to reducing opportunity loss. In this seminar, we will explain improvement methods to maximize the production capacity of existing personnel from "three perspectives." This is not just a simple on-site improvement; it is a seminar introducing Astec's "system improvement." We invite you to participate in this opportunity.
