This is a biomass plastic sheet compounded with starch and based on PP. It can mainly be used for vacuum forming and can be used with existing molding equipment, so no new capital investment is required. It achieves a biomass content of up to 60%. By replacing existing petroleum-based plastics, it contributes to decarbonization. Sample materials for testing are available. There are grades that have obtained the biomass mark from JORA (Japan Organic Resources Association). There are also grades that comply with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's No. 370 test. Customization is possible according to your needs.
