We would like to introduce the amount of residue and the special blade of our blade-type canvas cleaning device, the "AOKI Cleaner," after 7 days of operation. The adhesive substances on the canvas surface are peeled off due to the foil phenomenon (suction effect) generated in the space created by the special shape of the blade tip. Under the influence of contact pressure, the adhesive substances fuse together one after another, expanding and growing into a band-like form. The band-like surface accumulates a large amount of paper dust while simultaneously removing fiber components. Once it reaches a certain size, it falls and is collected into the save-all due to its own weight.
